What is your return policy for performance apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please ensure that items are free from dirt or sweat marks from trial rides to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I wash and care for my DHaRCO technical fabrics?
To maintain the moisture-wicking properties and durability of your gear, we recommend a cold machine wash on a gentle cycle. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach, and always air dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our mountain bike apparel globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All DHaRCO products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, or improper care. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our support team with photos.
